The Hummingbird and The Bear

When Sam Taylor, a high-flying business analyst, holds out his umbrella for a woman running through the rain at a wedding, he and his fiancee have little idea how this act will change their lives. Although Sam has a successful career in the city, money and the beautiful Jenni, whom he plans to marry next year, he feels something is missing from the man he has become. But upon meeting Kay, the enigmatic American woman, he gives up everything he's worked for in the belief he's found that someone who completes him. Once the offer of a lift puts Sam and Kay in a car together, a crash along a country lane starts a chain of events that takes them from the Cotswolds to New York.
